There are two reasons for the World of Warships community to get excited. First, there’s the long-awaited update 5.10, which was finally released. It added an improved user interface, better sound effects, and the German battleships, which had been announced last month. The German fleet covers tiers III through X. Players can unlock eight new vessels including Nassau, Kaiser, König, Bayern, Gneisenau, Bismarck, Friedrich Der Große, and Großer Kurfürst.
These ships are optimal for players who prefer a more aggressive playstyle. Their inclined armored decks make it harder for enemies to hit their citadels at close range. The vessels also feature very powerful secondary armaments.
While the World of Warships community has only just started exploring and unlocking the new fleet, the studio behind the naval war game already announced something else to look forward to. The British cruisers are coming next! The developers over at Wargaming announced the new vessel on their official game homepage. The Black Swan, Weymouth, Caledon, Danae, and the Minotaur are all coming to the online game, among several others. The development of these ships is already in its final phase according to the devs. Before they are officially released to the war game, test players will be able to check them out on the official test servers.
