Gotta catch ‘em all, gotta catch ‘em all! Hundreds of Pokémon await you in this trading card game. One of the most iconic card games of the last 15 years has made its way to your mobile device. Collect, customize, and challenge them all!
One of the biggest franchises of all time has made its way to your mobile device. If you’ve never heard of Pikachu, Team Rocket, or Mewtwo, you must’ve lived under a rock for the last few decades. Originally released as a Game Boy RPG in 1996, the Pokémon franchise quickly swept across the planet, especially after its anime started airing in 1997. Since then, the brand has expanded into pretty much every media outlet imaginable. Nintendo has published films, manga, toys, and a trading card game based on these powerful pocket monsters. With the release of games like Hearthstone and Hex - Shards of Fate, a new era has begun for trading card games in the last few years. New and established franchises are constantly coming to PCs and mobile devices. It was only a matter of time before Pokémon Trading Card Game Online would also be released on mobile devices.
The TCG is available completely for free for iPads 3 and up. The mobile game requires a constant internet connection for use. Why? In Pokémon Trading Card Game Online, you get to battle it out against other players from around the world. Naturally, you will need to collect some cards first. How else would you succeed against other trainers?
In the beginning of the free-to-play app, you get to pick your starter deck. You can choose between grass, fire, or water, each element with its own distinctive Pokémon. Each deck has certain advantages and disadvantages in relation to others. Keep those in mind when you train and go up against other players. As you play and gain experience, you get to expand your collection by unlocking new cards. Build your very own deck and customize your cards, avatar, and deck boxes to set yourself apart from the competition.
If you’re a fan of the franchise, you will recognize many faces, Pokémon, and features. If you’re not really familiar with these diverse monsters, but are a fan of mobile games and card games, you will soon understand the everlasting hype.
