The battle between plants and zombies is going into the next round. Collect cards in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes and put together a strong team!
You would think that after all these years - the time travelling and garden warfare - that the war between plants and zombies would have to come to an end sooner or later. Well, it seems like we still have a long way to go, as the guys and girls behind Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare and Plants vs. Zombies 2 have announced a brand new game for mobile devices called Plants vs. Zombies Heroes.
In contrast to the franchise’s other mobile releases, Plants vs. Zombies Heroes is no tower defense game – at least not in the classical way. Instead, the app is more like a trading card game that features your favorite characters from the wacky universe, as well as many new faces. There will be dozens of superheroes and hundreds of characters to unlock. Mix and match them to put together an unstoppable team that can take on any enemy.
For the first time in the franchise’s history, you will not only take control over the colorful plants, but also some trigger-happy zombies, in case you want to know what it feels like to be on their side. You will not only bump into the iconic cast of former Plants vs. Zombies games, but also never-before seen characters.
Each hero has very unique abilities in the trading card game that can be used to defeat your opponents. The most important thing is to always combine plants or zombies so that their skills complement each other in the most effective way. One of the core elements of Plants vs. Zombies Heroes is constantly combining cards and coming up with new strategies to defeat all opponents. You can improve your skills in single player missions in order to comfortably take on any other players from all over the world.
You can unlock and earn any cards in the game by playing lots of matches. You will not have to spend any money to make progress in the Plants vs. Zombies Heroes. If you want to take shortcuts, you can always purchase them in the in-game shop. The mobile game is available for Android smartphones and tablets as well as iPhones and iPads.
