Plants vs. Zombies 2

Plants vs. Zombies 2

Day 27 reminded us of number 22. Again, you have 3000 sun at your disposal and are challenged to plan your attacks. This level only features Pterodactlys and Ankylosauruses and the regular group of zombies including the Jurassic Bully. Select Winter Melons, Bowling Bulbs, Chard Guards, Primal Peashooters, Primal Potato Mines, and Perfume-Shrooms. Our setup was very similar to level 22, as you can see on the screenshot below. The main difference is that we decided to position some Primal Potato Mines to defend ourselves against the Pterodactyls. Plant them in the lanes that don’t have Winter Melons.

This was our setup at the beginning of the stage!

We’re not really sure whether it makes sense to use any Perfume-Shrooms at all, since the level goes by so quickly. It might make more sense to simply position more plants instead. We did fine without the help of the enchanting mushroom. You need to be somewhat flexible over the course of the battle, but we didn’t think it was hard to make it through the level unharmed.

Make sure to use your green leafs mostly on the Winter Melons, as they will slow down the walking dead, giving you some more time to defeat them! We also found that using the green leafs on the Bowling Bulbs worked magic. Aside from that, we advise you to save some sun to be flexible during the battle in case you need extra backup. Plant a Chard Guard when necessary or use a Perfume-Shroom if you think it will help!
