The free-to-play MOBA League of Legends has just received a brand new champion! After the teaser and the announcement of Jhin, he is finally in the hands of normal players in all region in the multiplayer game.
After the initial announcement of Jhin back in January, players of League of Legends have been waiting patiently to be able to play the brand new champion. As an AD based champion, Summoners are taking him into the bottom lane, with the occasional appearance in mid. At the moment, his strengths and weaknesses haven’t quite been working out, and it will be interesting to see if he makes an appearance in the LCS in either NA or EU in the future.
Jhin, the Virtuoso
We have already seen his skills and what he is capable of, and you can read all about them in the champion announcement that we published in the middle of January. The thing that makes Jhin stand out is the fact that he uses items and stats slightly differently to every other AD based champion we have seen so far; he changes attack speed into critical strike change, and his attacks speed remains the same at all time. Check out the full champion spotlight video below!
The video gives an in-depth look at what players can expect when taking Jhin onto the battlefield, and shows off his striking appearance which is sure to make an impression on the rift. Jhin is currently one of the longest ranged marksmen in the game, and it seems that he needs to be played with a different playstyle that people are used to. Jhin currently costs 7200 IP, but his price will reduce to 6300 after one week of being in the game.
