Welcome to Bubble Witch Saga, the iconic Facebook and mobile game that has fascinated millions of players. Have you ever wondered what your friends on Facebook have been playing this entire time? Have you been wondering what their high scores in Bubble Witch Saga actually mean? If we sparked your curiosity, come closer, relax, inhale the fumes of the witches’ potion, and let us explain the exciting gameplay of this casual game to you.
Bubble Witch Saga comes from the creators of Candy Crush Saga, Farm Heroes Saga, and Pet Rescue Saga (you might also be familiar with these titles from your social media account). The app is a true puzzle game to its very core. The folks over at King always make sure to reinvent the genre with each of their releases. In Bubble Witch Saga, you will find yourself in a witch’s cottage. Three of these magical ladies are standing around a cauldron brewing one of their potions. At the top of the screen, you will find various colorful bubbles filled with bats’ wings, mushrooms, and flowers. Your goal is to get those bubbles from the top of the ceiling and make them fall into five different containers at the bottom of the screen.
You will achieve this by shooting single bubbles to the top. In a true match-3 gameplay, you have to make sure that three or more bubbles of the same color match in order for them to disappear. This will give you some points. You will get even more points, however, if you come up with a smart strategy and force dozens of bubbles to drop at the same time by breaking their connection to the ceiling. Depending on which of the containers at the bottom the bubbles they fall into, you will get between 100 and 2000 points for each of them. Little spider helpers that come down from the ceiling will give you extra points for every time a bubble bounces against their little blue bodies. Beware that you only have a limited amount of bubbles to shoot. The less you use, the higher your score will be.
Play the mobile game entirely by yourself or compete against your friends by sharing your game progress on Facebook. Bubble Witch Saga is available on Android and iOS devices.
