BioShock: Launched in iTunes Store

Earlier this month, 2K Games announced that they were working on bringing the first BioShock installment to iOS devices. The original game came out for PC and PlayStation in 2007 setting a new standard for narrative first-person shooters. A lot of time has passed since then and what was once the technical standard for computers now works on mobile devices - or so 2K Games claims. Players can now check out for themselves whether BioShock works on iPhones and iPads or not - if they are willing to pay a significant price. The app costs $14.99 and is definitely one of the more expensive mobile games in our database. Fans of the shooter will know that it will be worth the money - if the port was properly made, that is.
Due to the technical requirements of the mobile game, BioShock will only run on iPad Air, iPad Mini 2, iPad 4, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, and iPhone 5. It will not run on older iOS devices. If you are willing to pay the price and have the right Apple product, you can delve into the world of Rapture and go on an intense adventure.
